Custom Jewellery

Design Process

We begin by collaborating with you to understand your vision, preferences, and style. Using CAD software, we create detailed 3D models of your custom piece, allowing you to visualize the design and make adjustments before production begins.

Model Creation

Depending on the design's complexity and material, we utilize advanced 3D printing technology to produce an accurate wax model or employ traditional hand-carving techniques for intricate details. This model serves as a tangible prototype of your jewellery piece.

Casting and Finishing

The wax model is encased in a ceramic shell and subjected to a kiln, where the wax is melted away, leaving a precise mould. Molten metal is poured into this mould, capturing every detail of the design. After cooling, the ceramic shell is removed, revealing the raw casting. Our goldsmith then meticulously clean, polish, and finish the piece, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
